Cant connect to network

I can't connect to my mobile network, everytime I try it says not available. I have biught a new sim cars and a new phone now and it is still having the same problem. Can anyone help

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
