• Recently I have not been able to make outgoing calls, it just cuts to an engaged tone and then the call fails. Incoming calls work fine as do text messages etc.  

I’ve checked just about every setting in the phone with no success. I would be very grateful for help/suggestions.

I saw someone else on community chats have the exact same problem and someone agreed to contact them and help.  I noticed this happened when we changed and Volte1 appeared on my phone.  This has been going on for 6 weeks now.. I never get anywhere when I call the help line and they always restort to let's send you a sim this is not the problem it's the network and I do have coverage.  Please help

I am sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing with your mobile. 

Can I please ask if you are able to test the SIM in another handset to see if you are still having the same issue?
