Put replacement sim into my device around 3pm yesterday and as of 6pm today it still hasn't even asked me for a pin?! The replacement was because my original sim constantly has no signal and says refreshing sim data. Would really appreciate some help asap!!

I'm sorry to see you have been having issues with getting your new sim working, we do usually advise it can take up to 24 hours for sims to be activated. However, as it has now been over that time I am going to send you a PM to confirm your details so I can take a look at this for you.

Need help to get my replacement sim activated ASAP. I have no other form of contacting/being contacted. Can someone please help me?
Put it in yesterday around 11am and still saying Sim not provisioned. Have bars but when trying to call saying not registered on network. NathanB helped me arrange the replacement, I have sent a private message but if someone else can help now that would be amazing.
Havent received any messages or anything on new sim.
