Cannot validate new SIM

Received new SIM. Old one deactivated. After following guide and putting in codes it says invalid SIM. No phone for 6 days now!!!

Sorry to hear of this johne1951, have you managed to get your sim card to work since you last posted with us.

 

What does your phone show where it would normally show the network name? 

 

Are you able to try and connect to a different network via manual network selection , which will reject your connection and hopefully refresh your connection with us.
