Cannot sign credit agreement

I have just ordered a new pay monthly phone as a new virgin media customer.

It says I need to sign the credit agreement before they will send off the phone and I need to do it in four days. The issue is that it will not log me in to the credit agreement. 

I put in my last four digits of my card like it says and the security key is already filled in and cannot be changed but when I press log in it says : 

  • The answer or the 'unique security key' provided is incorrect.
What can I do ??

Welcome to the Community Forums! Very sorry for our delayed response.

 

I appreciate it's been a few days since you posted so I hope that you've been able to get this sorted since posting, but I'd just like to confirm that you'd need to enter in the last 4 digits of your bank account number - not the long digit number.

 

Let us know if you need any help with anything else.
