I have just had Virgin Mobile (unlimited) added to my Monthly Virgin Media Package and had my Number also transferred over from my previous Provider to my iPhone. I have been successfully using my phone with the new Sim for a couple of weeks now but just tried to reply yo a Text sent to me from Austria and keep getting the message 'Not Delivered'. I have checked my settings on the Virgin Mobile site and do not have international calls barred.
Do I need to change any settings on my phone to reflect me now using a Virgin Sim
Thanks for the response. I have an all-inclusive virgin mobile plan, the Number I am replying to is Austrian, and Austria is listed in the 'countries you can Text' from the vMedia link below, which I assumed they meant WITHOUT additional charge (i.e. EU coutries+)
Your minutes / texts on your plan are UK only on the link you specified it quite clearly states "Texting an International mobile
If you need to text a mobile number that's registered in another country, then these aren't covered by any text allowance in your airtime plan. How much the text will cost will depend on your airtime plan.
