I can't register a new online mobile account for my Oomph sim because it says I have to answer a security question. I have no idea what that question is (and it doesn't show me) and have tried all the usual suspects with no success. I am unable to call anyone, as your entire phone menu system routes to a useless option to text me a help page that I've already exhausted.
What I need is help direct from a real person - surely not too much to ask from a communication company? Even in these challenging times surely your agents can work remotely - every other organisation seems to manage this.
