Hi, I recently moved to virgin mobile. I deeply regret my decision. I asked for my number to be ported over 2 days ago and I still cannot make calls or send text messages. Everything web based is working. I cannot contact the support teams. I cannot make calls so I cannot call 1908. I have spent 2 days trying to access the chat function which just shuts down on me endlessly citing excessive volume (which I can believe if this is the level of service we are supposed to accept). I have had to go on twitter and @virginmedia directed me to this forum. I have submitted a complaint and am at the point now of cancelling my contract (I'm still within the cooling off period and I am feeling super cool).
Can someone from the "forum team" per twitter help me please?
