Sorry you're having trouble making calls, this is odd.
Is it just calls that is an issue? Are texts and data working?
Have you checked your online account to see if you've reached your spend cap if you've set one up?
If so and it's still an issue please reply to my personal message and we'll take it from there.

The problem was solved by a member of the Virgin Help Desk. The blocking of outgoing calls etc, claiming “you have no credit” when you have an unlimited call/text/data plan is a common fault with IPhones and is resolved by a change in settings.
