I have had a mobile SIM with VM for a while, though never used (I know it works!). I have renewed my package with VM 'Ultimate Oomph' bundle (with inc. mobile SIM).
I cannot login to mobile account (even trying forgotten password route) 😞
I currently have an existing mobile phone contract with another provider which I have a PAC code to end agreement & transfer...to VM Mobile as I want to keep my existing number.
Can someone please advise?
