Hi there,
I'm unable to login into my account to see and download my actual bill before paying it.
More than four browsers are used and tried on different Computers, nothing works. 🙂
I need to have the chance to log in to my account and have access to my actual bill! Sometimes it works, mostly after I do start a chat with them, but I don't know why it works while I have a chat with VM and not without a chat. That drives me crazy!
When will VM fix this issue??
