I registered for Virgin Mobile yesterday and verified my email address.
I'm trying to login to see the status of my order but I'm having an unusual problem.
When I enter my email address and password, click on "I'm not a Robot" and submit, the page reloads with a message next to the password field saying "Please enter your online password".
I'm using the correct password. I experimented by entering my Virgin Media password instead, and that brought up a different error saying "we don't recognise those details".
Does anyone know what would cause this please? Thanks in advance for any help.
