I have not been able to log into my online virgin mobile account since opening the account.
It simply displays this message:
I have attempted to call customer services a few times and they did not understand the issue and could not help.
This issue occurs regardless of what device is being used, internet connection and browser.
Can you please look into this for me and rectify?
