Cannot connect

Help please. I recently took out a new contract whihc wrapped by Virgin Mobile account into my broadband account. I have now travelled to Italy and the mobile will not connect to any networks. It is a relatively new SIM. I have tried all the resets etc. suggested on the support pages.

Advice please. Thank you.
