Cannot call out, send text or connect to data.

My Direct Debit for my SIM usually goes out on the 19th of every month. I had issues with wages going in so I cancelled DD and made a card payment on 26th February. By this date I had already been barred from using my phone. Direct Debit has also been set back up and I have the confirmation letter from Virgin. I would expect to be able to use my phone now I am up to date with billing and DD is set up but today 4th March I still cannot call out, text or connect to data. I thought it only took a couple of hours to reconnect someone's service, not a week! I would call Virgin but cannot do this without the use of my mobile....

I apologise that your service was out for days. This is not the service that we want you to get. We appreciate that you have reactivated your Direct Debit and paid your bill. 

 

Is this sorted out? Are you able to use your mobile service? Please let us know and we'd love to help you.
