I have recently got a new phone and sim contact with virgin, but have not been provided with my account number or area code on any bills at all, and i am unable to log into my account on the virgin mobile app. I have attempted to call and message on live chat but have had no response at all.
I would just like to be able to view my information and log into the app, thankyou
