Cannot access add-ons in online account

I cannot access add-ons in my account online.

If I click on "Manage add-ons" I just get:

"Oops, something's gone wrong! Please try again in a few moments."

This has been going on for over two weeks.

I recently upgraded my mobile plan but this appears to have resulted in my "lifetime triple data" add-on disappearing.

What gives?

I can't really advise on what's the problem is with your "Manage add-ons" page.  But making any changes to a plan, will lose you any promotions you had on the original plan - ie: your triple data promotion 😠

So "lifetime triple data" doesn't mean lifetime.

With Virgin, it means Lifetime of your plan, not Lifetime of Yourself as we all read it as - they just conveniently hideaway that info in their T&C's small print.

I am currently having the same problem trying to purchase an add on using my online account. Such a simple thing but the website being a pain with exactly the same message 😞

Hey @jaj,

 

Are you still not able to access your add ons pages on your online account?

 

If you're still having issues, please could you try to login to the mobile app version of your account and see if you can access the pages via the app.
