Last year I had my SIM replaced and with the new one there was no PIN required when accessing Voicemail. I am now in Spain and when I try to access my Voicemail it asks me for a PIN. I have tried connecting with different providers in Spain but the problem remains. I get a message saying call 222 to reset the PIN but that again asks me for a PIN, so thats not much use.
Could a Virgin person contact me with a way of sorting this out.
