Cannot Manage Services

When I log on to my account and go to 'Manage Services', there is no way to change the settings.

Previously, there have been toggle switches, but now there are none.

I have got 4 phone numbers covered by my account - It is the same for all of them.

I am accessing the web page via a desktop running Windows 10, and I have tried using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

All I am trying to do is turn of International Call Barring on one of the numbers, because my son is going on holiday for a week.

Why are the toggles not visible, and how do I get them back?

What happens after you click on 'Manage my Service'?

I can see the manage services screen, with all of the items, but there is no way to change the settings.

i.e. There is no option to change 'On' to 'Off' or vice-versa

What device are you accessing this on? Do you have a screenshot or picture you can provide us to see what is on your screen?

Thank you for that. The pictures have been authorised and I have seen them. 

 

I am unsure why that isn't showing, they should be. 

 

Can you clear your cookies and cache from your browser and try this again?

I have cleared the Cookies and Cache in Chrome.

I have also tried accessing the page via my mobile phone.

Nothing has changed - I still have no option for changing the setting.

Do you have another device other than the PC you can try this on?
