I am having problems logging in to my Virgin mobile account, I have no trouble logging in to my Virgin media account, just the mobile account.
I have tried resetting my password several times and it tells me that I have successfully changed my password, but when I try to log in nothing happens, I just remain on the login screen.
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks for your post and I am sorry to hear that you're having some difficulty accessing your Virgin Mobile account.
When you try signing in, are any error messages/codes thrown up at all?
Also, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or tried using an alternative browser?
Let me know if you're still getting stuck with those suggestions.
