Cancelling virgin mobile abroad - customer service still unreachable after 2 hour wait
I moved abroad a couple of months ago to the Netherlands. I need to cancel my subscription, but I am finding myself unable to cancel the subscription after several attempts! Today I waited for more than 2 hours on the messenger service while simultaneously also calling customer service on +44 345 600789. Could someone please let me know how I can cancel my Virgin mobile if customer service cannot be reached at all.
