I am 72 years of age and rely on my phone to access my bank to pay my bills and pay for food deliveries. My phone is a nokia 1100, 15 years old, and will never work with your new sim. I do not need access to your new services. I cannot afford to buy a new phone. I cannot afford to sign up for a contract where I have to endlessly pay every month for a phone to access my bank. I cannot afford to pay you £15 to get the unlock code to switch to another provider and if it doesn't work and the phone becomes unusable I will have no way to get money or food or pay my bills. Please cancel my sim migration and let me carry on as I have been for 15 years now. I only need the phone to access the bank and my GP.
