Hi would someone be able to help me cancel an order that has been parked since Monday? I’ve tried getting in touch with the call centre but I haven’t been able to get through at all. I understand everyone is busy but I would like this done as soon as virgin can, thank you 🙂
I’ve been trying to get in touch since I’ve made the order and have been unable to do so. Is there really nothing the forum team can do to help me cancel this? I read another post and someone was able to help them cancel it.
I tried to get some help from Customer Service regarding porting my old number from another provider to my new Virgin SIM. However I could not get through to Customer Service either by phone (they cut me off) or through your online chat. In both cases I wasted a lot of time waiting.
Therefore I would like to cancel my order, I am still within 14 day cooling off period. Please can you help me cancel the order by email? Please don't tell me to call 0345 6000 789, the service on that number is appalling.
