Cancelling contract

Is there anyone from Virgin Mobile actually answering phones at the moment?  I have tried several times, for lengthy periods, and get no answer or cut off!  Also, I cannot get a PAC code via the website or by texting as 'there is something wrong with the service'.  Any idea how I can communicate with Virgin Mobile at the moment?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues getting through to the team to get the help that you need to resolve.

 

Have you been able to get in touch with the team since you last posted shirlmc?
