I phoned customer services to cancel my SIM only deal within the 14 day cooling off period due to weak signal and not being able to receive texts via WiFi calling.
My PAC transfer is due to take place on Monday (outside of the 14 day period).
I’m just interested as to how the billing for this works?I have paid £8 which is fair enough for getting some usage from the SIM only deal.
Really sorry to hear that you're leaving us so soon, this is disappointing.
If you're cancelling within the CSG period then any payments would be refunded, this should have been advised when you provided us with your notice and got the PAC.
