Cancelling Order

I’m a new customer at Virgin Media. I do not have a virgin Mobile number.  I wanted to purchase the iPad Pro 11 along with a sim this afternoon. However I noticed that it was parked. 

I would now like to cancel my order. How do I go about doing that?
