I recently ordered a iPhone XR. Unfortunately something happened at what appeared on the order details was not what I had actually ordered. I spoke to the people at Virgin and they told me that even though it hand't yet been dispatched they could not stop it from being sent out. They advised refusing the delivery - which I did. I have since then tried to get in touch with Virgin via phone and text services, but have had no response. Any idea how I go about making sure that everything is in order and that the insurance is also cancelled?
