Cancelled phone

Hi,

A couple months ago my mum's phone was at its end of its contract and so I contacted virgin with the 30 days notice to cancel the contract also spoke to them via live chat and they said they received my request to cancel and since the contract was paid up it would be closed.

 

However it's still showing in my online account also received an email asking for payment....??? I'm already using a PAYG number for like the last month since they said it was cancelled..... I'd just like them to close the account as requested.

 

Any help?

Sorry to hear this wasn't done. Are you the account holder for your mum's phone?

She's the account holder however I was paying her contract for her but it ended and I requested to cancel with 30 day notice but they still billing my account

If your mum is the account holder, then it may be that we would need the cancel request to come from her? Is she unable to call or request this herself?

 

I'll also send you a private message to take a look at the account details.
