Cancelled phone contract but still being billed

Hi, 

A few weeks ago I cancelled my virgin mobile sim and paid off the remainder of my loan for the phone. I had 3 months left on my contract. 

Just checked my bank to find I have been charged £10 by Virgin, and in a few days £42 will be taken out. That’s how my bills seemed to work, instead of the the full £52 coming out at once.

My sim has been cancelled for over a week and number transferred over. So can’t understand why I am being charged. 

Would appreciate some help with this,

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

I tried calling Monday but got cut off, so tried the text messaging service but wasn’t able to text when I finally got a response. 

I would appreciate if you could look into this for me 🙂
