Hi I cancelled my account in December, spoke to someone on the phone. Then sent a STAC text to confirm.

Paid my bill every month for 6 years. I am a disabled man and struggling. 

Received a letter today saying I owe £40 AND a debt collector will come to my home to settle this. 

I have no clue what to do, or who to speak with to help resolve this. Any help much appreciated.

What did you do with your STAC? Did you give it to another supplier? If not then it would have expired and yout account would not have been closed.
