I ordered a phone with you which was supposed to arrive today, however it did not arrive and I was told by the courier that the order had been cancelled by Virgin mobile. I want to know why you set up an account, credit agreement and direct debit only to cancel the delivery of the phone?! Needless to say I will not be paying for something I have not received.
I have tried every way to get in touch with you but it seems virtually impossible - nobody answers anything. Can somebody please help me
