I received a request for payment from yourselves via email.
On the 30th December 2020 I made last payment due and on the same day I cancelled my month to month contract with yourselves via my account. The STAC number issued by yourselves is as written below. I have not used the SIM since 13/12/2020 as I changed to a new provider in the European Union.
This was my understanding of your procedure for cancellation. If it is not then I don’t understand what your policy is.
