Hi there, I have tried cancelling both of my mobile contracts this evening due to a lack of signal at my home address as well as a few other issues with Virgin Mobile. During the phone call, we were cut off just as we were arranging to cancel the contract and have the packaging sent out to our home address so that we can return our handsets. We tried returning the call but were unable to due to the call centre closing for the night. my wife’s handset/ contract is on day 14 of the cooling off period today and mine is on day 10. We were told that we wouldn’t be penalized for this by a colleague in the ‘lost / stolen’ phone department of the call centre when we called back, but I just wanted to make sure that was correct.
