Canceling contract

My contract will expire in 10days as I’ve got in last letter if I will cancel my contract by that time I will not pay extra fees. I can’t get reach anyone to do it . It’s frustrating hanging on the phone i last couple of days with no result.  Is anybody who can help me with this cancellation???? We moving soon I don’t want to pay early termination fees for rolling new contract!!!!

you will not be able to cancel in 10 days. you have to give 30 days notice.
After your minimum term your contract carries on with a rolling 30 day contract. you can give 30 days notice at anytime when out of contract

I’ve just find out that iam on 30 days rolling contract already. But every time when I try to speak to cancellation team  they disconnect me. Can I do it on writing ? Do you know the best address to them and how the cancellation letter should look like ? Any specific?

Heve you a phone with another Network? If so get a STAC code and apply it
