I’m having a nightmare trying to cancel my 11 year old sons sim only plan. I can’t access the account online as it says details are incorrect and it won’t let me reset. I’ve also tried to send the STAC message and it says the date of birth is incorrect also. We’ve had this sim for a few years and it’s paid by direct debit out of my account. I don’t just want to cancel the direct debit incase it effects my credit. I have tried calling but I get automated service which then ends sending me a text message. This text message then directs me to the website to sign in and I’m back to square one. Is there nobody I could speak to about cancelling?
It’s just the sim alone. It’s on a month by month basis. He’s had it for a few years now so no fixed contract. I don’t want to just cancel the direct debit and not be in touch but I’m really struggling to contact anyone. I even tried the to go to the store in the city centre but it’s still closed.
