Cancel my phone account

I need to cancel my account as I am out of the country now and haven't used it for 2 months but I want to keep my internet account going and have been paying this bill. I cannot seem to call any of the UK numbers provided from out of the UK. 

I need someone from Virgin yo contact me.

Welcome to our forums and thank you for posting, I hope you're enjoying your time away!

 

Could you please confirm whether your mobile contract includes a handset or is just SIM only? If you pay for the handset as well, is this a separate payment or is everything paid as one lump sum?

 

Just for future reference, we would normally recommend using +447953967967 to contact our mobile team from outside of the UK.

I’ve tried to call that no x3 and it says ‘this number is temporarily unavailable’ 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m trying to cancel my mobile account. I thought it was prepaid and that I could cancel at anytime.
