I need to cancel my account as I am out of the country now and haven't used it for 2 months but I want to keep my internet account going and have been paying this bill. I cannot seem to call any of the UK numbers provided from out of the UK.

Could you please confirm whether your mobile contract includes a handset or is just SIM only? If you pay for the handset as well, is this a separate payment or is everything paid as one lump sum?

I’ve tried to call that no x3 and it says ‘this number is temporarily unavailable’ 🤷🏼♀️
