I posted this as a reply to someone else's post but thought I might get better luck in my own.
TLDR: I have an unused Oomph SIM that I do not want.
I tried cancelling my broadband contract but got offered a new price with a SIM attached.I told the person that I would like the reduced price to stay but did not want the SIM. I asked for it not to be sent. I was told that it had to be and that I should just keep it in a drawer. I was under the impression that it would be a PAYG SIM and not an additional pay monthly SIM with it's own DD and contract.
I am hoping that someone from Virgin see's this and helps me remove it from my account.
The SIM has never been used but is listed as an Oomph 5Gb SIM.

I can see that my colleague Emma has responded to you on your post on another thread, on which you said that you were speaking with the team over the phone. Please let us know how things go from there and if you need anything else.
