Thanks for your post. This will depend on when the PAC was given and what date the port is to occur. If you cancelled before the port date, then yes it will stop the transfer. This does not necessarily stop a cancel request if you had put one through with us nor will the port cancel stop your new account from being opened. It will only stop the port/transfer. If you have changed your mind with your new provider you will still need to advise them that you no longer want the service and would will still need to check with customer services to stop any pending cancel requests you might have with us.
