I just spoke to customer services. Although I've received the phone, the order hasn't been processed online. I'm unable to activate the sim and have no mobile number. They said they would call me back but I only have 14 days to return the phone.
If you're receiving a phone/SIM, then please do call the team when received and we can ensure this is cancelled.
