Cancel New Mobile Contract - Return Address

As I'm still within the 14 day withdrawaI period, I wish to return my mobile device and cancel my contract. What is the return address?

You will have to contact customer service who should send you a return package or label.

Returns cannot be handled via the forum

I just spoke to customer services. Although I've received the phone, the order hasn't been processed online. I'm unable to activate the sim and have no mobile number. They said they would call me back but I only have 14 days to return the phone.
