Can you speak to a human being at Virgin Mobile?!

Does anyone know how to get in touch with a human at VirginMobile? The customer service number makes you answer loads of questions, only to then be cut off (calling 789 from your mobile does the same). 
It is absolutely ridiculous that you cannot speak to a person, what has happened to customer service?! 

I tried to use the messenger service, and received a reply saying they couldn’t help, and I would have to call customer services / 789. I did this, only to once again be directed towards the messaging service! 
When I messaged again, I received a reply to say ‘Your message was aborted as you currently hold another conversation on a different skill channel.’.....PLEASE can someone help....I just need to change my contract with you. My current contract expires on the 12th August.

What is it you needed to speak with the team regarding?
