Can’t upgrade due to credit check

Just rung yourselves to try and upgrade from sim only to iPhone SE contract.

After a credit check, I was told that I need to be in a sim only contract for 3 more months before I can upgrade.

The plan I hoped to get is currently on offer, discounted from £31pm to £25pm. 

I don’t suppose there is anyway this plan/offer can be placed on hold until I gain more credit history?

it won't be able to be put on hold. you'll have to hope the offer is still running when you try again.

Sorry to say often that happens. Three months payment does little for an overall credit score

I have been in a sim only contract with virgin media for 1 year, they’re saying I need another 3 months in the contract
