I’m a virgin customer and I changed my number today.
I can no longer make calls or devs texts but can receive both.

I am sorry to hear your phone is not working.
Can you confirm if this is a number port or is this a number change?
Have you rebooted your handset?

Thanks, it's a number change i had an existing virgin number and requested a change over the phone.
Yeah i've rebootet the phone, i'm able to recieve calls/texts and can use mobile data.
