Looking for some help as I suddenly can’t send or receive texts.

I haven’t changed my iphone (it’s a 10) or service or installed a new sim.

I have also made sure wi-fi calling is off and tried over both 4G and on our home wi-fi, as well as restarting the phone and checking the network for service issues (there are none)

This is causing major issues as I can’t receive OTPs for bank payments 

Anyone else had this issue and a recommended fix?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are unable to send or receive Texts since putting your Sim in your iPhone 10.

Do you still have the phone you had previously which was working OK, if so can you put the Sim back in that and check if you are then able to send and receive Texts.

Thanks Paul for your message - the strange thing is that I haven’t changed phones or taken the SIM out. Any thoughts on what to try to fix this? Thanks Jen

Hi Jenny, sorry I misread it as have not haven't, can you try your Sim in a different phone just to rule out a phone issue?
