Good Morning @kismet_anya, thanks for coming back to us

Are you able to check the SMS centre number is +447458 399008 for me?

To do this;

-Open up your text messages on your phone

-Select the three dots in the top right hand corner

-Settings

-More Settings

-Text Messages

-This will then show the Message Centre number.

If it matches the one above then everything should be in place to send a text message.

If not, please manually update this, save it and reboot the handset

Kindest regards,

David_Bn

Hi @kismet_anya

Welcome to our Community Help Forum 🙂

Thank you for making your first post regarding the error message you are receiving when you try to send text messages. Is this happening when you text UK numbers or numbers from abroad? Can you please check that your spending cap is not set to zero for me please?

Best wishes,

Serena

Thanks for the reply. I only message Uk numbers so havent attempted any overseas ones. My cap is definitely not zero , ive also changed it to unlimited and it didnt fix the issue .
