Can’t seem to speak to anyone at Virgin without a current virgin account

I would like to speak to someone at virgin mobile about an account I used to have. There is a default payment on my credit report which I think is incorrect from years ago. All of the phone numbers I have been given want details of a current account so no one will speak to me about it.

Sorry to hear there was a discrepancy with your credit report. We can understand the frustration caused and want to best help. Just to confirm, have you logged a dispute directly with the relevant credit reference agencies such as Equifax or Experian?

Thanks for your reply. I will do that, yes. It’s just that the mortgage lender wants something from virgin mobile confirming that this is a mistake.
