Can't ring 789/log in to mobile account to pay bill.

Hi all. 

My services on my sim have been cut off due to non payment, I have tried ringing 789 and there's no dial tone, I've also tried logging in to virgin mobile account and when I try to reset password, it's telling me my number doesn't exist.. Can someone help please? I just wanna get my calls and texts back on. Thanks.

billing problems can;t be sorted on the forum.

VM staff take about a week to get to threads and bumping will delay a response

Okay, billing issues aside. Any ideas as to why I can't dial 789?

Welcome to the Community Forums!

 

I'm so sorry for our delayed response from here. I do hope that you have been able to get your mobile account all sorted since posting. You wouldn't be able to make any outgoing calls unless calling emergency services such as 999, if the SIM has been barred.
