Can't reset password

I've been trying to reset my Virgin Mobile password. After I enter a new password and then confirm it, the 'Send' button will not work to complete this.

I've tried this on three different browsers with the same result.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are facing these issues with resetting your password! 

 

Can I just check have you also been able to try resetting this via the My Virgin Mobile app

Yes, I started with the app. When my password didn't work I clicked 'forgot password' which takes me to a browser to go through the reset process. 

No problem and thank you for confirming!
