I've been trying to change my contract for the last few months however I'm unable to access my virgin online account.
I tried using the "Forgotten your log-in email address and password?". However it is behaving as if my phone number is incorrect.
My email address is apparently unrecognised hence why I'm using the above option.
I can't call support as I moved to an area where virgin has poor reception.
Whats the best way for me to contact support online for this?
