Can't reset password or email

Hi

I've been trying to change my contract for the last few months however I'm unable to access my virgin online account.

I tried using the "Forgotten your log-in email address and password?". However it is behaving as if my phone number is incorrect.

My email address is apparently unrecognised hence why I'm using the above option.

I can't call support as I moved to an area where virgin has poor reception.

Whats the best way for me to contact support online for this?

Welcome to the Community Forums! Many apologies for our delayed response.

 

I'm sorry to hear you've had some trouble when trying to access your My Virgin Mobile account and haven't been able to reset your log in information. I know it may sound strange, but what happens when you try to register again? Does it say that there is an active account under your number?
