Hi I cant register my virgin mobile they keep asking about a secret question that I never set up plus my daughter's sim card stopped working few two days ago and can't get in touch with virgin coustumer services. they just keep sending a link that I can't use because am not registered, all I need is a human coustumer service that I can ask for help.
