Hello. I am currently on 12 months contract virgin mobile and cannot register to my account to see the bills. It is keep asking me for my mother's maiden name. Is someone available to help me with it, please?

What happens when you enter in your answer to the security question? Do you receive a message stating that the answer was incorrect or something else? If it is coming up as incorrect, have you tried putting in the answer using an upper case letter/lower case letter for the first letter of the name?
Have you tried using an alternative web browser to register your account?
